My boyfriend and I had pepperoni pizza and his side also had pineapple. We also had breadsticks and cinnasticks. He's been throwing up and having diarrhea 5 hours after eating it. I've been okay so far, but I only had one piece of pizza.

7月2日星期一在自助餐中吃了意大利辣香肠披萨。到周二早上，出现了极度抽筋、腹泻、呕吐、发烧。BF 的症状较少，但也生病了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

昨晚订购了 2 个比萨饼，我的是意大利辣香肠和蘑菇，我吃了 1 1/2 片大约一个半小时后，我感觉很不舒服，胃部肿胀和严重的酸消化不良，整晚大部分时间都在洗手间里，胃部也感到恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 腹胀, 偏头痛, 消化不良

We got pizza on 4th of July evening and ate it right after bringing home. My daughter started to vomit early morning and followed by diarrhea still going on as of 6th July night. I started to vomit and diarrhea on 6th July morning and still going on. Couldn’t even drink or eat all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
