Bought a three piece white meal with mashed potatoes and a drink.  I ate the food at the restaurant. On the way home I got moderate stomach aches and almost didn’t make it to the toilet. Had diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate the new chicken sandwich here and so did my sister. The next morning I threw up multiple times after feeling nauseous during my sleep and my sister was bedridden all day from feeling unwell.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
