I went on Friday woke up vomiting on Saturday morning thinking it was just a stomach bug. I went back on a Sunday to buy food . I bought a 2 piece chicken and woke up at 5:00 am Monday morning vomiting profusely. Went to the Er where they admitted me for 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Waited in drive thru line for 2 hours ordered a chicken sandwich and a five piece meal combo. Brought food home and began to eat in room with lights off because it was now 9pm. Turned on lights to go to the restroom came back and noticed… 更多

Bought a three piece white meal with mashed potatoes and a drink.  I ate the food at the restaurant. On the way home I got moderate stomach aches and almost didn’t make it to the toilet. Had diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻
