我在午餐时吃了一个 Harvest Bowl，午餐吃了羽衣甘蓝凯撒。除了喝杯咖啡和一个苹果之外，我整天只吃东西。凌晨 3 点醒来时出现剧烈的胃痛和恶性腹泻。5 小时后，胃痛、发冷和腹泻仍在继续。  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛, 寒战

Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
