Had a salad for lunch. Romain/kale picked the other toppings. It was actually delicious. About 10 hours later started feeling extremely bloated and began vomiting... and vomiting.... was up all night. Terrible.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloating

I ate a Harvest Bowl for lunch, and a Kale Caesar for lunch. Only thing I ate all day, other than a cup of coffee and an apple. Woke up at 3AM with intense stomach pain and vicious diarrhea. 5 hours later, and still going stomach pain, chills, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills

Had a salad with chicken in it for dinner from sweet green on 5/23, woke up on 5/24 with horrible cramps, nausea, diarrhea. as the day progressed i got worse and worse and then threw up in the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
