Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.

Incorrectly reported this as the broadway location. Was food poisoned at sg Amsterdam. Ate custom bowl with Mia dressing and vomited 5 hours later (felt ill 3 hours later)

Made my own salad; Arugula, Kale, almonds, avocado, beets, carrots. I had extremely bad stomach pains and felt very nauseous about an hour after I hate. I had very bad diarrhea for hours after.
