Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Incorrectly reported this as the broadway location. Was food poisoned at sg Amsterdam. Ate custom bowl with Mia dressing and vomited 5 hours later (felt ill 3 hours later)  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
