I got the Deluxe Box. Around 1am started vomiting and diarrhea. This went on until about 8am. Vomiting stopped but have diarrhea and fever of 101.6. I got the Taco Deluxe on 1/11/2020 around 5:30pm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧

chicken chalupa at it Friday and Saturday morning at 1030 started throwing up and diarrhea ended up at the ER. After hours there and replacing all the fluids I lost and intervenous anti-nausea meds they said it was possible food poisoning. see above  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

4 bean burritos Ate meal at 5pm Friday 1/10/20. Starting getting sick about 1 am. Was sick all next day, and was bedridden until Sunday morning 1/12/20. Suffered from nausea, dharma, vomiting, headache, and overall body weakness.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 弱点
