After eating chicken chalupa. I started to experience intense pain in stomach about an hour later . This was followed by several hours of vomiting . Intense pain lasted the duration and pain is still present but to a lesser extent 20 hours later . Vomiting has stopped for now.  | 症状: 呕吐, 其他, 胃痛

2 out of 3 sick so far. Impact was almost immediate for 1 after finishing two tacos. Impact was delayed about 10 minutes or so for the other after finishing 2 chalupa. Intense pain, some unexpected flatulence and then severe diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 其他, 胀气, 胃痛

我在下午 5 点 30 分左右吃了 3 个普通的松脆炸玉米饼，这只是我整天吃的东西。到 90 分钟后恶心，到晚上 11 点 30 分，我正在剧烈呕吐，然后是发烧、疼痛、发冷和腹泻。48 小时后仍然有问题，还在床上睡觉。我曾经遇过的最糟糕的食物中毒案例。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 发烧, 寒战, 身体疼痛

Just me. I ate one of their taco salads and realized the shell tasted very strange... soon after eating I had massive stomach pain. I went to sleep it off and once I woke up it progressed into vomiting, diarrhea and massive dizziness paired with the nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 胃痛

~4 hours after consuming, had sudden onset nausea with profuse watery emesis and associated diarrhea. Overall felt toxic and nearly lost consciousness. Recovered within 30 minutes of the emesis. My order was a GrubHub order of the supreme wrap, locos tacos, and cinnamon bites.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
