Got severe stomach intestinal cramps , etc requiring strong painkiller opening Tuesday had loaded nacho' , Queue's long and a lot of customers so pressure to get food out. Only food items eaten that morning . Wiping out rest of afternoon /night due to illness. Only myself… 更多

Ate it this morning, had a breakfast grande scrambler with sausage, went to school, about 45 min later this morning I became light headed, had nausea, and felt like I had indigestion. I then threw up. I still feel like I have indigestion.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 消化不良

I ordered a number 7 which included a chicken quesadilla and a taco but I changed the taco to a chicken soft taco. Plus a Baja Blast and it was late so the guy gave me a free sour skittles slushy., I ate it I was only one that got sick. Started within 5 hours of eating the food.  | 症状: 腹泻
