Ordered 12 pack tacos around 10:30 p.m. was up all night with painful stomach cramps, vomiting and nausea..Was feeling great before eating Taco Bell...Never eating there again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了 #7 鸡肉玉米饼，甚至不到 4 小时后我就开始出现恶心、出汗、腹痛、头晕和腹泻，导致粘液流得太多。我的胆量受伤了而且隆隆起来很糟糕。这是我第二次从那里生病，上个月一次，现在是今天。再也不会去那里了。

Purchased a black bean burrito at approx. 3:30 PM from the Wyonissing Taco Bell (in the WalMart shopping center). Since approx. 8PM I have been going to bathroom repeatedly & still do not feel right.  | 症状: 腹泻

Today around 4:30 I got a beefy nacho griller on my way home, and immediately upon arriving home my stomach was in the worst pain imaginable. I rushed to the bathroom and it started pouring, yes literally pouring, out of both ends  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
