我和我的两个孩子昨天在 2018 年 11 月 4 日在 Genki Sushi Orchard Central 4 层共进午餐，我们咬了一口炸虾条，立刻感觉到它没有煮熟，我打电话给女服务员通知，厨房换了一盘新的炸虾油条，我们决定收拾虾油条晚上回家我把炸虾油条放在空气炸锅里，我和我的两个孩子今天早上吃了，我女儿腹痛很严重，感觉不适她很快就呕吐了。我接到儿子学校的电话要早点接他，因为他发高烧了 38.6，我们从诊所回来后呕吐了自上午 11 点以来我胃部不适和腹泻出现了 3 倍，现在感觉臃肿了，请调查一下谢谢

Last night 20-10-2018 I had bobor chacha from dessert stall at koufu food court waterway point level 2 around 7-8pm then around 11pm I started to feel very nausea and discomfort on my stomach i believe its the sweet potato because i ate 1 that tasted sour then I stopped eating
