Waves of nausea and diarrhea. Not the first time I’ve gotten sick from this specific location.

I ate a burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, extra chicken and steak, mile and hot salsa, and lettuce. I ate the bowl around 4:30-5pm and started getting diarrhea about 1-2am. I've been toilet bound the whole day and I puked once. I'm having waves of excruciating nausea every 10-40 minutes.
