我昨天 19:30 左右在 MC 订购了一份 Big Lac 菜单我一出去就吃了吗，我有呕吐的冲动，然后晚上剧烈疼痛，发烧，恶心，呕吐，腹泻今天这是食物中毒，过去已经吃过了，过去我已经吃过了，我写信给你的时候立即意识到了症状并在我写信时服用了必要的药物，我还处于困境或我状态我还在呕吐。
