- comments: observed gap opening mode of entry at the bottom of rear exit door. Must make door tight fitting all across the bottom to prevent pest entry and to maintain.

Sep 12, 2019 #47-must remove all cardboard being used as a shelve liner in all wire rack shelvings in the prep area in the basement. Sep 12, 2019 #51-backflow prevention device not located on the ice maker and mop sink. Instructed to install to be able to locate, serviced and maintained.
