- comments: improper cold temperatures of (tcs) food. Observed 2 large deep pans of cooked pork tips at improper cold temeratures of 55. 0f,58. 0f. Foods removed, discarded by pic at cost approx 40-lbs at cost approx $ 60. 00. Instructed to maintain cold tcs foods at 41. 0f or below. Priority violation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: evidence of improper pest control. Observed 34 mice droppings on floor around deep freezer, and under storage shelves. Instructed to clean/ sanitize all areas. Priority foundation issued 7-38-020 ( a).
