حدث بعد ساعة واحدة مرضت بدأت بعد ساعة واحدة فقط. حصلت على غطاء مثلج مع كريمة مخفوقة كان لطيفا جدا، مثل طريقة أكثر من المعتاد. عندما عدت للمنزل شعرت بالدوار بعد حوالي ساعة، بدأت التقيؤ. تقيأت لمدة 3 إلى 4 مرات. بعد القيء الأخير، وبثت بعض الدم.

Coffee and BLT bagel. Ate it at around 830-9 am today. Non stop vomiting, diarrhea and burning painful stomach cramps since 10 am. I ate two of the new veggie burgers and two orders fries with 7UP and Pepsi to drink around 10pm, I went for a 5KM walk around 12am and I slept around 2am.
