Quarter Pounder Causes Illness

Had a quarter pounder and fries on 11/13/2020. A couple hours later had nausea, diarrhea, stomach pressure, and bloating. Today is the 4th day and I still don't feel back to normal yet.

Are quater ponder no cheese, fries, strawberry shake 1 person, 1 hour after eating, so far lasting 24 hrs
