My wife and I both had the "My Wife's Salad" for lunch today. We both experienced explosive diarrhea within 3 hours of eating. We are trying to hydrate, but please be aware that something maybe wrong with some of the ingredients.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate 3/4th of a can of pineapples on 06-12-23 at approximately 1am.Within an hour I had stomach pain and vomiting every 15 minutes. I am now at parkridge hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
