Grilled Chicken Illness Suspected

Last night had a grilled chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Have been vomiting throughout the night and been having terrible diarrhea today. I have also had mild fever and body aches. I am suspecting salmonella but I have not been to a doctor yet

Chicken Sandwich Sickens Customer

I had the regular chicken sandwich with fries and a milkshake. After about a hour I felt nauseous and fatigued. Couple hours after that I started vomiting.
