Turkey Sub Causes Illness

I ordered a turkey sub, tasted a little off but I ate it anyway as I was very hungry. About 3-4 hrs later I got extreme stomach cramps, fever and diarrhea. 3 days later and I still have moderate cramping and fever and difficult to to eat or drink anything.
