Room Temp Ribs Illness

Ordered a full rack of barbecue ribs, Caesar salad, load baked potato. I received my ribs at room temperature which at first was a bit odd but I didn't delve into it much. Started having severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea the entirety of the following couple of days.
