I saw one of the workers put the raw hamburger on the grill but didn’t see that they washed their hands right after. It seems like they are cross contaminating food and not washing their hands in the right sinks. All I ordered was a green Chile burger with bacon and seasoned fries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
