Husband and I had the chicken and brisket platter this past Friday that ultimately led to our GI poisoning. I had vomiting, bloating, headaches, diarrhea, and chills 12hrs later. Flight from CLT to RDU and this was the only place we ate at since it was late and we were tired of traveling.

In-Flight Mac n Cheese Illness

Ate their Dirty South Mac n Cheese with chicken and hush puppies. Felt fine until about 1-2 hours into my 5 hour flight. Intense vomiting and diarrhea for hours following and 5 days later still feeling ill. Consumed the food on 2/28/23.
