Whopper w/cheese no tomato, french fries and chicken fries without dipping sauce. Appx 1930 hours PST 10/01/2020 via Doordash delivery. Order for 2 people, both identical, both have diarrhea from 0900 hours 10/02/2020 and currently as of 1215 hours 10/02/2020.

Beef, Pickle-Induced Illness

Had a quick snack at 12:00 pm before work, at the end of my 6 hour shift started feeling very sick and naseous. Puked 8 times at work and there was chunks of beef and pickle coming up so i know what wasnt getting digested.
