Ordered a chicken bowl with feta for lunch on 3-7, it was the only thing I ate that day. About an hour later I was violently sick. Not sure if it was the meat or feta or some other ingredient.

Severe Cramps Post-Gym Meal

I had intense stomach pain at 1am after having CAVA for dinner after the gym, it then turned into constant diarrhea that has not been stopped by any anti-diarrhea meds, peptide, tylenol, nothing.
