Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed openings in walls, cracks, crevices on floor along baseboards in kitchen rear storage area, missing baseboards and openings around pipe fittings in culinary arts. Observed peeling paint on ceiling in hallway near lunchroom staff washroom. Instructed manager to repair ceiling, seal all openings, cracks, and crevices in all areas.
