- comments: 3-304. 12 observed ice scoop stored inside of ice machine in culinary arts room. Must remove and store properly.

- comments: 4-101. 19 inspector comments: must remove rust from lower shelf under hand sink in main kitchen.

- comments: 5-205. 15 must repair or replace leaky pipe at last 1- compartment sink & leaky faucet at 1st. Culinary area.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report #2575672 5/10/23 not corrected #38-still observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings in culinary arts-inside of fryer cabinet,wall outlets, on stored foods inside of cages,table top mixers,food storage containers,lower shelf of glass storage,rear area on floor along wall bases near ice machine. Dry food storage-on can foods and on floor. Dish storage -on top of dishes, on cart were vacuum is stored,on floor under shelving units. Restaurant area-on stairs leading to 2nd fl. And landing,under booth seats,inside of storage closet,chemical storage shelf at dish machine. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 5/8/23. 4-302. 14 #48- still observed no test kit at the plate for high temperature dish machine in culinary arts. Must provide and maintain. (priority 7-42-090)
