got extremely sick right after getting food from here, started about 10 minutes after eating. stomach pain is so bad it hurts to just lay down or walk.

My daughter had Chick Fil A Saturday around 6pm and at 8pm she was shaking and cold and had a headache that turned into a migraine. Later that night her fever was 102.5. I gave her Tylenol and she had to call off work on Sunday. She
kept taking Tylenol while laying in bed but Monday (today) she was worse so I took her to IU Urgent Care. They ran a Covid test and Flu test. She vomited twice when she was there so they gave her a shot of Phenegren for nausea. Covid and flu tests were negative and the doctor asked her what she had to eat that day she got sick. She had banana bread for lunch and Chick Fila strips and waffles fries for dinner and the doctor immediately reacted when I mentioned Chick Fil A. He said she has food poisoning and sent her home with a script for more Phenegren. She’s also supposed to continue with Tylenol. Her heart rate was elevated and they said if she gets worse to take her back to the ER. Then I was given a list of specific foods and liquids that I could give her. Now I need to go to the pharmacy and go get groceries for her.

Ordered pizza two nights ago with extra anchovies and been ill since. Going hot, sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting. Just had doctor out that confirmed food poisoning. Everyone else who got pizza is fine, I was the only one who ordered anchovies, everyone else had cheese/hawaiian pizza

I ordered a Shamrock Milkshake today 04/09 at 9:28AM. After I finished drinking it, the roof of my mouth started to feel like it was burning. I have ordered this milkshake at this McDonald's in the past and never encountered this problem before. Right now it is
2:11pm. The roof of my mouth is still painful, feels like it's burning and it hurts to swallow and eat other foods. I had also ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin with my shake. I drank the shake first, but could not finish my McMuffin next because of how painful and uncomfortable my mouth feels.

recall was triggered by a consumer complaint. There has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of this product.

without almost vomiting along with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. It's got to be the soup. Everything else I ate and drank was fine, until I ate the soup.
