After about an hour I ate a Fancy Nancy sandwich at this place I got really sick. I threw up and got diarrhea. Two day in a row I was really sick.. It was Chicken Salad Chick at the Collection at Forsyth, Cumming. It was Chicken Salad Chick at the Collection at Forsyth, Cumming.

Ate a lemon basil chicken salad sandwich , lettuce tomato. I had a side of pasta salad. I was sick about 3 hours later. I ended up in the ER with colitis.
