Took my 85 year old mother in law to west Marion hospital in Ocala last night

Odd Chicken Causes Illness

2/15/23 Ordered Margarita Chicken, changed rice and beans for the fries. Chicken was a very odd shape and consistency. Didn't look like chicken. Ate about a third of it. Within 2 hours I had terrible stomach cramps, pain and diarrhea.

I ate the Cajun chicken and pasta with a side of fries and it immediately gave me diarrhea. I don’t think it was the fries , however I’m completely 100% sure it was the pasta. As soon as food goes right through me , I know something…
