No Soap, Sick Overnight

Ate the rib eye rice bowl last night, woke up ill this morning with diarrhea and vomiting. We found that the restaurant had no soap in the bathrooms after eating, employees apparently weren't washing their hands.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
