昨天，4月19日，我和我的配偶在卡顿伍德购物中心库尔斯路的Chili's吃过饭。我吃了鸡肉保鲜盒，我的配偶吃了三文鱼。三小时之内，我们都出现了爆炸性腹泻和剧烈的胃痉挛。我觉得厨房工作人员没有采取足够的预防措施来确保食物的清洁和安全。那个女服务员送了我们的食物，然后又用一把肮脏的扫帚继续扫地。

Ate the rib eye rice bowl last night, woke up ill this morning with diarrhea and vomiting. We found that the restaurant had no soap in the bathrooms after eating, employees apparently weren't washing their hands.
