Ate around 7 last night, never looked at the food I was eating in detail. Woke up this morning, cannot get off toilet, chills, fever and nausea. not good. Only likely reason, given the timing and the fact I did not eat anything else all day that day.

Had a chicken burrito with all the toppings on 7/3/18. My stomach was messed up for 5 days. Had nasty diarrhea and a little fever as well. Finally I am back to normal.
