Chicken Bowl Illness Suspected

I got extremely ill from a bowl of lettuce, rice, pico de gallo, and chicken. My daughter had a bowl with the same ingredients and no chicken so I definitely think it was the chicken that made me sick. I had nausea, fever, and threw up so violently it came out of my nose too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
