Chicken Burrito Causes Illness

I got the chicken burrito with rice, guacamole, and tomatillo salsa. I ate around 8:30 pm and woke up around 3 am feeing nauseous… I have felt nauseous since and have had diarrhea… I still feel that way and it is 6 pm the next day
