I ordered a chicken rice bowl (brown rice) about an hour after eating it I had severe stomach pains and the following day it was even worse. I had to leave work and go to the emergency room  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got my bowl ( ONLINE ORDER) at 8:00pm around 10:45pm a wave of extreme nauseousness hit me. I’ve had diarrhea all throughout the night. Vomiting chills shakes fever. Went to ER around 3am was diagnosed with Food Poison Salmonella after a stool test was provided.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
