Today early I want to say like 12 ish I got a chicken bowl and have been having stomach issues like my stomach is turning nausea like I have to throw up. I have been having constant diarrhea.

I ordered a chicken rice bowl (brown rice) about an hour after eating it I had severe stomach pains and the following day it was even worse. I had to leave work and go to the emergency room

Salmonella After Chipotle Bowl

Got my bowl ( ONLINE ORDER) at 8:00pm around 10:45pm a wave of extreme nauseousness hit me. I’ve had diarrhea all throughout the night. Vomiting chills shakes fever. Went to ER around 3am was diagnosed with Food Poison Salmonella after a stool test was provided.
