The sour cream smelled weird. I already have a highly susceptible immune system from childhood salmonella. I was dumb and ate the sour cream on my burrito. Next day I’ve had vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
