Wife order a sofritas salad came home ate, we went to the bank came back home she needed to go to the bathroom really bad, got home and she had diarrhea feels nauseous and stared to vomit about an hour later.

Steak Tacos Cause Illness

I ordered steak tacos only ate 2 and had a side of guacamole few hours later got extremely ill, fever , chills . Vomit , diarrhea and bad stomach cramps .. I only ate chipotle the whole day so no other possible cause
