I ordered steak tacos only ate 2 and had a side of guacamole few hours later got extremely ill, fever , chills . Vomit , diarrhea and bad stomach cramps .. I only ate chipotle the whole day so no other possible cause | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
