Dirty Onions, Salad Illness

I ordered the chopped salad and chicken pesto. The green onions in the salad had dirt on it, as if it were never cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was half way through. Now it’s the next morning and my stomach is in shambles and I have nausea.
