I ate one hot dog from the Costco in Everett, MA. I was the only one who had a hot dog and I got sick a few hours afterwards (about 4 hours later)

I ate a Costco hotdog and am having explosive diarrhea, chills, sweating, and shaking hours after injesting it. It’s food poisoning for sure. I haven’t eaten anything but that hot dog today and felt fine before.
