Chicken Tenders Cause Illness

I went there. Got steak fries, maple bacon glazed chicken tenders and cole slaw at around 2:00pm. I went to bed and woke up at one in the morning sick. I kept vomiting until only stomach acid came out and it is now 9pm the next day and I still have diarrhea.
