On July 21, 2018 (Saturday) I ordered a medium garlic parmesan white sauce pizza with Italian sausage and spinach. I received it around 4:45pm. I ate 5 slices of this pizza. About 20-30 min. later, I started getting major stomach cramps and vomited everything I ate. I…
