I ordered a large pizza with bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, and black olives. As soon as I bit into a slice, there was a very off putting taste. About 2 hours later I was vomiting profusely and had severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
