Within an hour of eating a pepperoni and sausage pizza I had horrible runny diarrhea, nausea, bleeding, weakness, felt dizzy and like I was dying. I’ve had bright red bloody discharge all day today too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Bloody Stool, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
