I had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel yesterday and began to feel nauseous soon afterwards. Today I woke up with a fever, diarrhea, and headache. Husband went to the same location today and is starting to experience the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
