I had a burrito bowl with rice, chicken, lettuce, Jack cheese, pico, guacamole and chipotle ranch. I ate it at lunch on Friday Oct 4. Headache began Friday at 8pm and vomiting Saturday at 5am and 7am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
