Ordered a small tortilla soup last night - ate it all. Felt nauseous all day today — headache and in verge of vomiting. About 24 hours after eating the soup, after parking my car, I vomited 3 times— chunks of the soup— and even the XXX VITAMIN WATER I ordered with the soup.

After eating a tostada salad from here I had to go to the emergency room I was vomiting diarrhea couldn't think or breathe I went to the er and had to take off work I'm still sick
