2/28/25 around 11am - had carne asada breakfast bowl with eggs, potatoes, steak and chorizo. By 7pm I was so sick with severe stomach cramps, violent diarrhea and vomiting, I ended up in ER on IV fluids and an IV antibiotic. Was given a pain shot for…
